Recently, the central government notifies that the Indian Telegraph RoW Rules has amended to incorporate the provision related to nominal one-time compensation and the uniform procedure for the establishment of an overground telegraph line in the last amendment of the Indian Telegraph Right of Way Rules, 2016.
